Had the old rear light and indicator assembly cleaned up and powder coated (ROMAX of Stockton), cleaned some indicators and refitted to rear mudguard. RH indicator works, LH fails to wink.
Brief trouble shoot with ohmmeter revealed a break somewhere in the green-black wire in the new loom, confirmed when bypassed with an independent wire created a working winker (careful). See diagram below, has to be a break somewhere in the loom bundle between A and B.
Going to have to route a new wire along the outside of the loom, a bit sub-optimal but no alternative really.
